Matchboxes have been made in Bangladesh even in nineties on various designs and themes. A significant number of matchbox factories were also in Bangladesh. But now there are no such wonderful matchboxes  in Bangladesh. Somehow 2/3 of the matchbox factory has survived. A maximum of 4 to 6 types  of matchboxes  are now found in Bangladesh. The use of matches is also decreasing.

The matchboxes I am showing here are not very old but very rare now a days. Because these are no longer available. Only a handful of collectors have it. I hope you like my exhibit. Thank you.
